Lt. Col. Pathare is an alumnus of the National Defence Academy (NDA, Khadakwasla) and The Indian Military Academy (IMA, Dehradun). He has been a career Infantry officer who was commissioned into the SIKH Regiment in 2000, and has followed his dream of ‘leading from the front’ in the Infantry of the Indian Army.
He tenanted various appointments in the Indian Army and has been in the crucible of change which the Indian Army went through post the Kargil War and the early 2000s.
Over the years, Lt. Col. Pathare has realised that whilst the borders of the country are effectively protected by the Indian Army, the social environment itself is bereft of being empowered to take care of its own security. To this end, he has embarked on his mission of empowering the citizens of India who work in multifarious fields and sectors of this country to be self -sufficient in identifying, preventing and cauterising criminal and anti-social behaviour in their own spheres of life.
